About us

Sarang (Co-Founder at Inovact) started his first company when he was pursuing second-year engineering at BMSCE. In his first venture, he realized how hard it was to pool in or find passionate individuals to work on a product/project. Raiba (Co-Founder at Inovact), on the other hand, was going through a similar problem in his startup, also when he was pursuing second-year engineering at PESU. At that point in time, Sarang had trained more than 200 students in various domains of technology and engineering and had realized the impact that peer-peer workshops could have on students.

When Sarang and Raiba were speaking on the phone, they shared their experiences in their previous ventures and found that they were facing similar problems with finding the right team. They spoke with their geeky friends and entrepreneurs to find out they were facing the same problem. That was the Eureka moment for the two young and aspiring friends to startup in order to solve the problem of finding the right team at ease and creating awareness on skill development.
